Patient Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage potential clinical trial participants through both inbound and outbound calls.

• Screen and evaluate patients for eligibility in accordance with study guidelines.

• Inform patients about their involvement in clinical trials, including benefits and expectations.

• Keep precise records of all communications in the recruitment tracking system.

• Work alongside study teams to facilitate prompt follow-up and enrollment processes.

• Utilize CRM software, such as HubSpot, along with phone systems for effective communication and tracking.

• Offer culturally appropriate support in both English and Spanish when necessary.

• Aim to make 70 calls daily and schedule 5 patients each day for screening visits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical background; a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, such as Nursing or Biology, is acceptable.

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical research experience is required, particularly in a patient recruitment or clinical research coordinator role.

• At least 2 years of call center experience, ideally within a medical or clinical environment.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Bilingual ability in Spanish and English is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and experience with virtual call center or phone systems are significant advantages.

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities are necessary.

• Must be able to work independently while meeting deadlines.

• A genuine passion for advancing medical research and enhancing patient outcomes is required.

• Availability to work during EST hours is essential.
