This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.
• Take ownership of the project management and implementation process for GE HealthCare Patient Care Solutions products, including Monitoring Solutions.
• Review sales orders thoroughly.
• Plan and document all project-related activities.
• Coordinate necessary resources effectively.
• Resolve issues as they arise.
• Serve as the main point of contact between GE and customer project teams, providing onsite support from Service & Sales.
• Identify responsibilities and deliverables for both GE and customers as defined in sales contracts.
• Develop, maintain, and circulate formal project implementation timelines.
• Collaborate with customers, GE HealthCare, and contracted resources.
• Keep accurate records of project milestone dates and project data for business metrics and revenue forecasting.
• Monitor and communicate the implementation progress, including kick-off, status updates, equipment delivery, installation, testing, and project closure.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve issues that impact customer satisfaction and operational targets.
• Lead the implementation team during the clinical equipment GoLive phase.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of project management experience, or an Associate’s degree with at least 5 years of project management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in effective communication and facilitating meetings via teleconference or in person with multi-functional groups.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and prioritizing competing demands.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse range of internal and external partners.
• Experience in conveying complex technical issues in a manner that is customer-friendly.
• Background in large-scale project management; experience with construction, healthcare IT, or equipment installations is preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service experience while working remotely with external customers in a clinical setting.
• Completion of formal coursework in project management and/or possession of a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Knowledge and experience within the healthcare industry and familiarity with GEHC products.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%, including overnight stays when necessary.
• Capability to meet vendor credentialing requirements set by customers.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to adhere to any applicable customer vaccination mandates.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
