This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.
• Take charge of the project management and implementation process for GE HealthCare Patient Care Solutions products, specifically Monitoring Solutions, in the Dallas market.
• Review sales orders.
• Organize projects and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate resources effectively.
• Address issues that impact customer satisfaction and operational targets.
• Serve as the main point of contact between GE and customer project teams, offering onsite support from Service & Sales.
• Identify responsibilities and deliverables for both GE and the customer as outlined in the sales contract.
• Develop, maintain, and circulate formal project implementation timelines.
• Ensure accurate project milestone dates and maintain visible project data for business metrics and revenue forecasting.
• Monitor and communicate implementation progress, including project kickoff, status updates, equipment delivery, installation, testing, and project closure.
• Lead the implementation team during the clinical equipment GoLive.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives.
• A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of project management experience, or an Associate's degree with at least 5 years of project management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in effective communication and meeting facilitation via teleconference or in-person with multi-functional groups.
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and prioritizing competing demands.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse range of work partners, both internal and external to GE and its customers.
• Experience in conveying complex technical issues in a manner that is accessible to customers.
• Familiarity with large-scale project management; experience in construction, healthcare IT, or equipment installations is preferred.
• Proven customer service experience working remotely with external clients in a clinical setting.
• Completion of formal coursework in project management and/or current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry and with GEHC products.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%, including overnight stays as necessary.
• Capability to meet customer vendor credentialing requirements.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
