Patient Journey Manager – KSA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Act as the representative of Kyowa Kirin and serve as the primary contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and relevant stakeholders within the designated region.

• Execute the Cluster and International Strategy along with the Patient and Customer Plan at a local level.

• Develop business account strategies and create territory business plans.

• Coordinate projects and initiatives with the overarching brand plan through collaboration across functions, including Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Payer Value & Patient Access.

• Utilize knowledge of the complete patient journey to innovate and collaborate on interventions that reduce time to diagnosis.

• Engage in confident scientific and clinical discussions related to Nephrology and/or Haematology Oncology and KKI products.

• Organize and implement omnichannel engagement using KKI assets and content in line with HCP preferences.

• Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through local account plans and execution of the core strategy.

• Manage projects and initiatives within budget constraints to achieve patient-focused outcomes.

• Identify, cultivate, engage, and sustain relationships with treatment centers, clinicians, centers of expertise, and medical professionals.

• Establish networks throughout the patient journey and collaborate with HCPs to deliver solutions that benefit customers, patients, and KKI.

• Present clinical data and economic-value evidence to local payers and stakeholders, collaborating cross-functionally to facilitate access to KKI products.

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of health policy, rare diseases, the pharmaceutical sector, and policy change mechanisms.

• Relay insights from key external experts (KEEs) and other stakeholders to influence strategy and support both local and national solutions.

• Participate in selected scientific meetings, actively engage in symposiums, and brief speakers at scientific events.

• Organize and present at clinical sessions in hospitals regarding relevant scientific advancements.

• Plan and execute medical education programs using approved materials and resources.

• Accurately utilize the CRM system and submit management reports punctually.

• Ensure that all activities and projects comply with applicable laws, codes, guidelines, pharmaceutical regulations, strategic goals, quality policies, and company standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in field Medical or Commercial roles focused on Rare Diseases.

• Proven experience in managing stakeholders and Key External Experts (KEEs)/Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs).

• Proficiency in digital tools and strategies, including multichannel management and virtual engagement.

• Familiarity with email communication, webinars, Zoom, and/or Microsoft Teams.

• Strong proficiency in both Arabic and English languages is essential.

• Understanding of local, regional, and national health systems and care delivery processes.

• Willingness and capability to travel within the territory on a weekly basis.

• Competence in using computers both at home and in the office, including email and virtual meetings.

• Ability to perform limited lifting, such as handling marketing materials.

• Valid driving license is required.

• Skills in Customer Experience (CX)/Patient Experience (PX) strategy, management, and coordination.

• Capabilities in engagement and omnichannel orchestration.

• Solid scientific knowledge.

• Possess a growth mindset.

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

• Demonstrated leadership and integrity.
