This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Act as the representative of Kyowa Kirin and serve as the primary contact for healthcare professionals and related stakeholders within the designated area.
• Execute Cluster and International Strategy along with the Patient and Customer Plan at a local level.
• Develop business account strategies and create territory business plans that align with the overarching brand strategy.
• Collaborate across various departments including Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Payer Value & Patient Access.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the patient experience to innovate and collaborate on interventions that expedite diagnosis and enhance outcomes.
• Engage in confident scientific and clinical discussions regarding Nephrology and/or Haematology Oncology, as well as Kyowa Kirin products.
• Coordinate omnichannel engagement by leveraging Kyowa Kirin assets, content, healthcare professional preferences, and tailored value propositions.
• Meet sales targets and key performance indicators through local account plans and effective core-strategy implementation.
• Oversee the management of agreed plans and initiatives while adhering to budget constraints.
• Identify, cultivate, engage, and sustain relationships with treatment centers, clinicians, centers of expertise, and medical professionals.
• Establish networks throughout the patient journey and collaborate with HCPs on solutions that benefit customers, patients, and Kyowa Kirin.
• Present clinical data and model assumptions to local payers and stakeholders to support evidence-based economic-value discussions.
• Collaborate with Payer Value & Patient Access to facilitate product access and appropriate positioning within guidelines and formularies.
• Apply knowledge of health policy, rare diseases, the pharmaceutical sector, and policy-changing mechanisms.
• Relay insights from Key External Experts and other stakeholders to influence strategy and support local and national solutions.
• Participate in select local and international scientific meetings, engage in symposiums, and brief speakers at scientific events.
• Organize and present at hospital clinical sessions to provide pertinent scientific updates.
• Plan and execute medical education programs utilizing approved resources and tools.
• Keep timely and accurate CRM records and submit reports to management.
• Ensure that all activities and projects adhere to relevant laws, codes, guidelines, pharmaceutical regulations, company strategies, quality policies, and Kyowa Kirin policies.
• Experience in field Medical or Commercial roles within Rare Disease.
• Experience in managing stakeholders and Key External Experts/Thought Leaders.
• Digital proficiency, including multichannel management and virtual engagement via email, webinars, and platforms like Zoom/Teams.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Understanding of local, regional, and national health systems and care delivery processes.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
• Willingness and capability to travel within the territory on a weekly basis.
• Competence in using computers at home and in the office for email and virtual meetings.
• Ability to manage limited lifting, such as marketing materials.
• Knowledge of Customer Experience/Patient Experience strategy, management, and coordination.
• Experience in engagement and omnichannel orchestration.
