Patient Generated Health Data Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop integrated project plans for contractual deliverables and new initiatives.

• Evaluate project challenges and create solutions to achieve productivity, quality, and client satisfaction objectives.

• Establish and uphold systems for tracking project progress, documenting decisions and action items, coordinating efforts, and enhancing communication.

• Engage in strategic planning, stakeholder discussions, and leadership briefings.

• Assist projects and workstreams throughout the stages of requirements gathering, design, implementation, and testing.

• Create and sustain project plans that encompass scope, requirements, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, success criteria, and implementation tasks.

• Organize tasks and coordinate efforts among multidisciplinary team members.

• Track contributions, dependencies, and deliverables across PGHD ecosystem teams and stakeholder groups.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and review project deliverables.

• Facilitate or assist in project meetings while maintaining agendas, notes, action items, decision logs, status updates, and leadership reporting.

• Collaborate with technical teams to further PGHD’s mission and vision.

• Draft, edit, and review foundational PGHD documents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent qualifications).

• Minimum of 1-2 years of VA experience in a clinical or healthcare environment.

• Familiarity with electronic health records systems or clinical data capture tools.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.

• Preferred clinical licensure (LPN, RN, SW, PT, etc.).

• Preferred experience in building/refining clinical workflows.

• Preferred awareness of Patient Generated Health Data.
