Patient & Family Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop initial treatment schedules in collaboration with patients and their families, making adjustments to appointments as required.

• Promptly, kindly, and thoroughly respond to incoming calls and emails, addressing any inquiries or concerns from patients and families.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities that support the care team, including rescheduling, handling medical record requests, facilitating patient transitions, and coordinating various activities.

• Cultivate strong, supportive relationships with patients, families, and the care team.

• Ensure a seamless and positive experience during every interaction.

• Act as a liaison between patients and internal InStride teams.

• Complete administrative tasks for the clinical team.

• Experience in a customer service capacity, ideally with scheduling responsibilities included.

• Background in a patient-facing or provider-facing position.

• Demonstrated ability to foster relationships in a virtual environment.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to perform tasks swiftly while adhering accurately and efficiently to established workflows.

• Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.

• Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward identifying root causes and potential solutions.

• Comfortable navigating multiple technology systems and tools simultaneously.
