This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the initial screening process and manage the daily patient queue.
• Record interactions with prospective candidates.
• Conduct daily candidate screenings within the Myomo Doxy waiting area.
• Execute administrative and clinical screening tasks.
• Acquire knowledge about the Myomo device and the inclusion/exclusion criteria to pinpoint potential MyoPro candidates.
• Review educational materials and resources to establish expertise in the Myomo product line.
• Engage in continuous training and observation alongside the Patient Eligibility Manager.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers to observe candidate measurement, delivery, and evaluation processes.
• Exhibit knowledge through practical evaluations and written assessments.
• Offer constructive feedback to enhance clinical skills.
• Partner with the Patient Eligibility Manager to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and communicate customer needs, opportunities for improvement, and potential sales prospects.
• Take part in professional development activities and stay updated on certification, licensure, and clinical requirements.
• Implement quality assurance protocols for Myomo products.
• Report areas needing improvement to the Patient Eligibility Manager.
• Maintain the CRM and ensure timely updates to patient documentation.
• Attend industry conferences and meetings as necessary.
• An Associate's Degree is required; a Bachelor's degree may be preferred.
• A background in Allied Health (e.g., PTA, COTA, Orthotic Fitter, Orthotic/Prosthetic Assistant) is necessary.
• Experience in orthotics and/or prosthetics is advantageous.
• Access to high-speed internet and a dedicated home office is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required.
• Must be well-organized, self-motivated, and demonstrate integrity and initiative.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Must conduct oneself in a highly professional, tactful, and courteous manner.
• Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and adapt to changing situations is essential.
• A strong commitment to teamwork and clinical excellence is required.
• Capacity to quickly learn new technologies is necessary.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is expected.
• Some travel for periodic meetings and/or initial training may be necessary.
• Experience with myoelectric upper extremity prosthetics and/or upper extremity orthotics is preferred.
• A background in sales or clinical education within a healthcare setting is a plus.
