Patient Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the designated Nurse Coordinator to sustain and assist current customers.

• Evaluate patient requirements, emphasizing customer support, logistics management, and problem resolution.

• Foster and maintain service-oriented relationships with patients.

• Respond to data and analysis requests from various departments within the organization promptly.

• Assist in managing business system tools like QlikView and Salesforce.

• Identify, cultivate, and enhance patient relationships to influence and schedule ongoing testing.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Regularly work with PHI in both paper and electronic formats using technologies that provide access to PHI.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a Call Center environment, including both inbound and outbound roles.

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required.

• A background in medical or biological sciences is preferred.

• An outgoing personality with outstanding oral and presentation skills.

• Ability to think strategically while executing tasks tactically.

• A focus on competitive analysis and a team-first mindset.

• Capability to explain and educate our technology to potential patients.

• Strong quantitative abilities and proficiency in MS Excel.

• Self-motivated with the willingness and capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Must demonstrate a sense of urgency in all tasks.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Employees are required to complete HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance, and security training within the first 30 days of employment.

• Must stay current with Natera training requirements.
