• Oversee the creation and implementation of strategies for patient recruitment to guarantee timely enrollment in clinical trials.

• Work in conjunction with clinical operations, marketing, and external partners to execute impactful recruitment campaigns.

• Evaluate recruitment data and trends to pinpoint challenges, enhance strategies, and boost patient enrollment results.

• Connect with patient advocacy groups and community organizations to foster partnerships that support recruitment initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and ethical guidelines while upholding high levels of patient satisfaction.

• Oversee daily talent acquisition and recruitment operations.

• Assist the team in achieving quality outcomes.

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a relevant field.

• Demonstrated experience in patient recruitment for clinical trials, with a solid grasp of recruitment strategies and best practices.

• Strong analytical capabilities, with the skill to evaluate recruitment data and refine strategies to achieve enrollment goals.
