This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Provide education to patients regarding chronic pelvic pain conditions and PRM’s treatment methodologies.
• Listen attentively to patient concerns and deliver clear, supportive guidance.
• Ensure that every patient interaction embodies PRM’s standards of excellence and care.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, texts, and emails from both new and existing patient leads.
• Assess patients for clinical appropriateness and readiness for consultation.
• Address patient hesitations and objections through a patient-centered, educational approach.
• Document and track all patient interactions accurately in CRM/EHR systems.
• Monitor lead status, outcomes, and follow-up activities.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and PRM policies.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare contact centers, patient intake, admissions, or patient-facing customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Capability to steer conversations towards next steps while maintaining a patient-first approach.
• Proficient in using CRM, EHR, and softphone systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely.
• Experience in specialty healthcare, medical intake, or patient coordination.
• Knowledge in women’s health, pain management, or specialty clinics.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
