Patient Access Programs Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +46 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily processing of Drug Pathway updates in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Execute data entry and system configurations within adjudication, Admin, and CRM platforms

• Perform audits to verify that live systems align with internal clinical and financial standards

• Act as the primary point of contact for operational trouble tickets and workflow bottlenecks

• Address data discrepancies and system errors by collaborating with the Data, Business Systems, Engineering, and Customer Success teams

• Create and revise comprehensive step-by-step manuals for Drug Pathway management

• Assist in the rollout of pharmacy programs by preparing data files, testing sandbox configurations, and confirming go-live dates

• Support various ad hoc projects and business-related tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is mandatory; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or Data Analytics is preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume operational role, such as Pharmacy Technician, Claims Processing, Benefits Administration, or PBM Operations

• Demonstrated ability to perform repetitive, high-stakes tasks with impeccable accuracy

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling

• Familiarity with G-Suite/MS Office, Slack, Zoom, or equivalent technologies

• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, or similar tools for tracking and resolving operational activities

• SQL knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory
