This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare provider office staff within the GSK Oncology portfolio.
β’ Assist patients through the onboarding process, access, reimbursement, and ongoing treatment support phases.
β’ Perform welcome calls and maintain patient journey interactions utilizing approved call guides, FAQs, and Prescribing Information.
β’ Aid in patient enrollment for GSK services, including PAP, while guiding patients and offices through enrollment requirements and obtaining consent.
β’ Provide approved treatment education and present ISI and PI during product education sessions.
β’ Inform patients about coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, financial assistance, alternative coverage, and independent foundations in accordance with program rules.
β’ Facilitate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, the GSK Response Center, REMS vendors, and Benefits Specialists.
β’ Conduct communications via approved recorded telephony and program systems, confirming identifiers and consent status.
β’ Record activities and interactions within GSKβs internal systems and Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM.
β’ Capture and report adverse events and product quality complaints within the specified timeframes.
β’ Educate provider offices regarding payer coverage, coding, payment policies, and GSK Patient Support Programs.
β’ Assist in resolving access cases at the office level, including benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and appeals.
β’ Identify access and reimbursement challenges and escalate complex issues to specialized access functions and leadership.
β’ Collaborate with Payer Account Managers, Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, and Oncology Sales teams while adhering to compliance standards.
β’ Adhere to SOPs, business rules, corporate policies, HIPAA regulations, and compliance guidelines.
β’ Ensure a clear distinction between patient-facing and account-facing activities while safeguarding patient-identifiable information.
β’ Bachelor's degree.
β’ Over 3 years of combined experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or assisting patients and providers with insurance verification, prior authorization needs, and access criteria.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays.
β’ Valid driver's license required.
β’ Must reside within the assigned territory or within 30 miles of the territory border.
β’ Significant experience in oncology patient navigation, access, and reimbursement, or hub case management.
β’ Proficient in using CRM and case-management platforms, preferably Salesforce Health Cloud.
β’ Advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, PharmD, or another relevant clinical or business qualification.
β’ Active RN license along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
β’ Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
