This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +1 more state.
• Act as the primary contact for consented patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and office staff within the GSK Oncology portfolio.
• Assist patients in navigating coverage, reimbursement, onboarding, access, treatment support, and their ongoing therapy experiences.
• Perform welcome calls and maintain ongoing communication with patients throughout their journey using authorized call guides, FAQs, and Prescribing Information.
• Aid in enrollment for GSK services, including the Patient Assistance Program (PAP), and guide patients and offices through necessary requirements, missing information, and consent collection.
• Provide authorized treatment education and clarify coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, financial assistance, alternative coverage options, and independent foundations.
• Coordinate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, the GSK Response Center, REMS vendors, and Benefits Specialists.
• Confirm patient identifiers and consent status prior to interactions and document all activities within GSK systems.
• Capture and report adverse events and product quality complaints within specified timeframes.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, payment policies, and GSK Patient Support Programs.
• Assist in resolving office-level access cases, including benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and appeal processes.
• Identify barriers to access and reimbursement, escalating complex issues to specialist access functions and leadership as needed.
• Collaborate with Payer Account Managers, Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, and Oncology Sales teams while adhering to compliance regulations.
• Manage cases and document interactions using Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM.
• Adhere to SOPs, business rules, corporate policies, confidentiality requirements, HIPAA, and compliance standards.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 3 years of combined experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or assisting patients and providers with insurance verification, prior authorization requirements, and access criteria.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Candidates must live within the designated territory or within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
• Significant experience in oncology patient navigation, access and reimbursement, or hub case management.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, PharmD, or another relevant clinical or business qualification.
• Active RN license and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Proficiency in using CRM and case-management platforms, preferably Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
