This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Act as the primary liaison for patients, caregivers, healthcare provider office personnel, and provider accounts within the GSK Oncology portfolio.
• Assist patients throughout the onboarding process, access, treatment, and ongoing therapy support.
• Provide authorized oncology care, benefits, product, disease-state, and program-specific information and education.
• Conduct welcome calls and maintain continuous touchpoints during the patient journey.
• Aid in patient enrollment in GSK services, including PAP, while guiding patients and offices through enrollment prerequisites and consent collection.
• Inform patients about coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, and financial assistance alternatives.
• Facilitate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, the GSK Response Center, REMS vendors, and back-office Benefits Specialists.
• Ensure accurate documentation of interactions and manage cases within Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM.
• Record and report adverse events and product quality concerns.
• Educate provider offices regarding payer coverage, coding, payment policies, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and appeal processes.
• Assist in resolving office-level access cases and escalate intricate payer issues.
• Collaborate with Payer Account Managers, Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, and Oncology Sales teams.
• Adhere to SOPs, business regulations, compliance guidelines, HIPAA mandates, and confidentiality measures.
• Ensure a clear distinction between patient-facing and account-facing tasks.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 3 years of combined experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience initiatives, or assisting patients and providers with insurance verification, prior authorization stipulations, and access criteria.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Candidates must reside within the designated territory or within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
• Significant experience in oncology patient navigation, access and reimbursement, or hub case management.
• Familiarity with CRM and case management platforms, preferably Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
