This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Act as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare provider office staff within the GSK Oncology portfolio.
• Assist patients throughout their onboarding process, access, reimbursement, support solutions, and ongoing treatment paths.
• Perform welcome calls and maintain regular patient journey touchpoints using authorized materials.
• Aid in patient enrollment for GSK services, including the Patient Assistance Program (PAP), while guiding patients and offices through the enrollment prerequisites and consent collection.
• Provide approved educational resources about treatment, as well as information regarding products and disease states.
• Inform patients about coverage outcomes, cost-sharing responsibilities, and financial assistance alternatives.
• Facilitate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, the GSK Response Center, REMS vendors, and back-office Benefits Specialists.
• Ensure accurate documentation is maintained in GSK's internal systems and Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM.
• Document and report adverse events and product quality concerns.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, payment policies, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and appeals procedures.
• Assist in resolving access cases at the office level and escalate complicated payer issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with Payer Account Managers, Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, and Oncology Sales teams while adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Uphold a strict separation between patient-facing and account-facing tasks to safeguard patient-identifiable information.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), business rules, corporate policies, HIPAA regulations, and compliance instructions.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 3 years of combined experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience initiatives, or assisting patients and providers with insurance verification, prior authorization processes, and access criteria.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Candidates must either reside within the designated territory or within 30 miles of its border.
• Extensive background in oncology patient navigation, access and reimbursement, or hub case management.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM and case-management platforms, preferably Salesforce Health Cloud.
• An active RN license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) are preferred.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
