This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +4 more states.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, healthcare provider office staff, and provider accounts within the GSK Oncology portfolio.
β’ Assist providers and patients in navigating coverage, reimbursement, and support solutions to ensure patients can start and continue their therapy.
β’ Conduct welcome calls and maintain ongoing communication with patients during their journey using approved call guides, FAQs, and Prescribing Information.
β’ Facilitate patient enrollment in GSK services, including the Patient Assistance Program (PAP), and guide patients and offices through enrollment requirements, missing information, and consent collection.
β’ Deliver approved treatment education and provide Important Safety Information (ISI) and Prescribing Information (PI) when product education is offered.
β’ Inform patients about coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, financial assistance options, alternative coverage, and independent foundations.
β’ Coordinate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, the GSK Response Center, REMS vendors, and back-office Benefits Specialists.
β’ Ensure accurate documentation in GSK's internal system and Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM.
β’ Report and document adverse events and product quality complaints within required timeframes.
β’ Educate provider offices regarding payer coverage, coding, payment policies, and GSK Patient Support Programs.
β’ Assist with office-level access case resolution, including benefit investigation outcomes, prior authorization needs, and appeal processes.
β’ Identify access and reimbursement obstacles and escalate complex, systemic, or technical payer issues.
β’ Collaborate with Payer Account Managers, Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, and Oncology Sales teams while adhering to approved boundaries.
β’ Comply with SOPs, business rules, corporate policies, compliance guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and relevant laws.
β’ Maintain a clear separation between patient-facing and account-facing activities, ensuring the protection of patient-identifiable information.
β’ Bachelor's degree.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of combined experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or assisting patients and providers with insurance verification, prior authorization needs, and access criteria.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays.
β’ Valid driver's license.
β’ Candidates should reside within the assigned territory or within 30 miles of the territory border.
β’ Extensive experience in oncology patient navigation, access and reimbursement, or hub case management.
β’ An advanced degree, such as an MBA, MPH, PharmD, or another relevant clinical or business degree.
β’ Active RN license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
β’ Proficient in using CRM and case-management platforms, preferably Salesforce Health Cloud.
β’ Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
