This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Act as the key contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare provider office staff, delivering approved oncology-related information and education.
• Initiate welcome calls and ongoing communication touchpoints using sanctioned call guides, FAQs, and Prescribing Information.
• Assist in patient enrollment for GSK services, including the Patient Assistance Program (PAP), and guide patients and offices through the enrollment process and consent acquisition.
• Provide education on program-specific treatments and supply Important Safety Information (ISI) and Prescribing Information (PI) whenever product education is given.
• Inform patients about coverage outcomes, cost-sharing details, and financial assistance options.
• Facilitate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, the GSK Response Center, REMS vendors, and back-office Benefits Specialists.
• Conduct patient communications through approved recorded telephony and program systems while confirming identifiers and consent status.
• Ensure accurate documentation is maintained in GSK’s internal systems.
• Capture and report adverse events and product quality complaints within specified timeframes.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, payment policies, and GSK Patient Support Programs.
• Assist in office-level access case resolution, which includes benefit investigation outcomes, prior authorization requirements, and appeal processes.
• Identify access and reimbursement challenges and escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with Payer Account Managers, Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, and Oncology Sales teams within approved guidelines.
• Document interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM.
• Adhere to SOPs, business rules, corporate policies, compliance guidelines, HIPAA requirements, and confidentiality measures.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 3 years of combined experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or assisting patients and providers with insurance verification, prior authorization requirements, and access criteria.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Candidates should live within the designated territory or within 30 miles of its border.
• Extensive experience in oncology patient navigation, access and reimbursement, or hub case management.
• Advanced degree, such as an MBA, MPH, PharmD, or another relevant clinical or business qualification.
• Active RN license along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Proficiency in using CRM and case-management platforms, preferably Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
