This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Act as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare provider office personnel across the GSK Oncology portfolio.
• Assist patients through the onboarding process, access, reimbursement, treatment support, and their ongoing therapy journeys.
• Perform welcome calls and maintain communication throughout the patient journey using approved call guides, FAQs, and Prescribing Information.
• Aid in enrollment for GSK services, including the Patient Assistance Program (PAP), and help patients and offices navigate requirements, missing information, and consent collection.
• Provide authorized treatment education and information regarding coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, financial assistance, and alternative coverage options.
• Facilitate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, the GSK Response Center, REMS vendors, and Benefits Specialists.
• Ensure accurate documentation in GSK internal systems and Salesforce Health Cloud/CRM.
• Capture and report adverse events and product quality complaints within specified timeframes.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, payment policies, and GSK Patient Support Programs.
• Assist in resolving office-level access cases, including benefit investigations, prior authorization processes, and appeals.
• Identify and escalate complex or systemic payer issues to specialized access functions and leadership.
• Collaborate with Payer Account Managers, Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, and Oncology Sales teams while adhering to compliance standards.
• Adhere to SOPs, business rules, corporate policies, HIPAA regulations, and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain a clear distinction between patient-facing and account-facing responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of combined experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or assisting patients and providers with insurance verification, prior authorization requirements, and access criteria.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Candidates must reside within the designated territory or within 30 miles of the territory border.
• Extensive experience in oncology patient navigation, access and reimbursement, or hub case management.
• Familiarity with CRM and case-management platforms, preferably Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• An advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, PharmD, or another relevant clinical or business degree is preferred.
• An active RN license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) are preferred.
