This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Act as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare provider office staff within the GSK Oncology portfolio.
• Assist patients throughout the onboarding process, access, reimbursement, and continuous treatment-support stages.
• Perform welcome calls and maintain ongoing communication during the patient journey using approved call scripts, FAQs, and Prescribing Information.
• Aid in enrolling patients in GSK services, such as PAP, and guide both patients and offices through the enrollment process and consent collection.
• Offer authorized treatment education and insights regarding coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options.
• Coordinate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, the GSK Response Center, REMS vendors, and back-office Benefits Specialists.
• Ensure accurate documentation in GSK’s internal systems and Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM.
• Record and report adverse events and product quality complaints within the stipulated timeframes.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, payment policies, and GSK Patient Support Programs.
• Assist in resolving office-level access cases by clarifying benefit investigations, prior authorization requirements, and appeal processes.
• Identify and escalate complex, systemic, or technical payer issues.
• Collaborate with Payer Account Managers, Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, and Oncology Sales teams while adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Adhere to SOPs, business rules, compliance directives, HIPAA regulations, and confidentiality standards.
• Maintain a clear distinction between patient-facing and account-facing responsibilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 3 years of cumulative experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or assisting patients and providers with insurance verification, prior authorization processes, and access criteria.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Candidates should live within the assigned territory or within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
• Significant experience in oncology patient navigation, access and reimbursement, or hub case management.
• An advanced degree, such as an MBA, MPH, PharmD, or another relevant clinical or business qualification.
• An active RN license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Proficient in using CRM and case-management platforms, with a preference for Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
