This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the External Engagement communications team in the production and design of graphic materials for social media in Latin America and the Caribbean.

• Select key topics from LACRO to publish content that is relevant to the audiences.

• Design graphic pieces for the content calendar and support the WV LACRO website.

• Assist in writing articles for the website.

• Co-design and implement SEO strategies to enhance digital content.

• Conduct keyword research on migration, food security, livelihoods, and mental health.

• Co-develop and optimize blog articles, landing pages, and digital content, ensuring accessibility and relevance.

• Co-analyze and interpret performance metrics to support continuous improvements.

• Assist in the development of editorial guidelines to promote brand consistency.

• Contribute to inbound marketing strategies to attract new audiences and strengthen connections with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced student in Communication or Graphic Design.

• Intermediate proficiency in English (ability to read, comprehend, and draft or collaborate on content in this language).

• Proven ability to work virtually and meet objectives.

• Demonstrated skills in graphic design and production of visual materials for social media and digital platforms.

• Competence in writing, content optimization, and basic knowledge of SEO or keyword research.

• Availability to dedicate between 12 and 15 hours per week during the internship period.

• Strong interpersonal skills in multicultural contexts.

• Strict alignment with organizational values and principles (Christian identity and mission of World Vision).
