This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Assist in the creation of event press kits and public relations materials.
• Facilitate outreach to the press and manage media communications.
• Coordinate outreach to vendors and handle backlink requests.
• Aid in managing internal and client approvals for marketing initiatives.
• Write and update both long-form and concise case studies.
• Support edits of video content specific to agency projects.
• Contribute to both general and targeted newsletters.
• Help develop strategy materials tailored to specific industries and topics.
• Assist with capabilities presentations, one-pagers, and sales case studies.
• Update and sustain current sales materials.
• Provide assistance with copywriting, design coordination, and sourcing images for sales assets.
• Support LinkedIn advertising campaigns from the planning stage through to optimization.
• Help implement targeted email and drip marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance across email, paid media, social media, and content downloads.
• Contribute to SEO and GEO initiatives through blog writing and keyword research.
• Aid in enhancing the Founder's LinkedIn profile, including drafting content and tracking performance.
• Assist in identifying media opportunities for agency leadership.
• Research conferences, panels, and podcasts, and support the development of speaker pitches.
• Coordinate leadership reviews and approvals for speaking engagements and press materials.
• Help in recognizing relevant award opportunities and categories.
• Draft materials necessary for award submissions.
• Monitor submission requirements, timelines, and deadlines.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field (agency experience preferred).
• Exceptional writing skills across various formats: case studies, social media content, press pitches, and presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Interest in experiential marketing, events, or brand marketing.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and basic performance analytics.
