Parttime Klantenservice Medewerker – Tweetalig NL/FR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Overdeliver on customer expectations

• Provide flexible customer assistance from your own workspace, daily between 08:00 and 23:59

• Offer product advice

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels

• Resolve customer issues and conduct conversations in your own style

• Gather with the team at the office once a month

• Work according to a fixed schedule during the initial 4 weeks

⛳️ Requirements

• Mastery of both French and Dutch languages, both spoken and written

• Pass a language assessment

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage resistance during conversations

• Reside within a maximum of 90 minutes travel time by public transport from Antwerp Berchem

• Be at least 18 years old on the first day of work

• Adhere to a fixed schedule during the first 4 weeks
