Parttime Klantenservice Medewerker, Eentalig NL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Assisting customers from your own workspace between 08:00 and 23:59.

• Providing product advice.

• Addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.

• Resolving customer issues and conducting conversations in a personal manner.

• Meeting monthly with the team at the office in Antwerp.

• Working according to a fixed schedule during the initial training period of the first 4 weeks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to speak and write flawless Dutch.

• Resilient under stress and capable of handling resistance in conversations.

• Living within a maximum of 90 minutes commuting time using public transport from Antwerp Berchem.

• At least 1 year of experience in customer contact.

• Flexible availability during the week, particularly on Mondays or Fridays.

• Generally available to work on Saturdays.

• Working according to a fixed schedule during the first 4 weeks.
