Parts Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Guide customers by recommending suitable parts.

• Monitor orders, backorders, and credits.

• Work collaboratively with branches throughout the Toromont Cat network.

• Deliver prompt, professional, and solutions-focused service.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across Eastern Canada.

• Play a role in creating an outstanding customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in the parts industry.

• Strong customer service and sales abilities.

• Essential knowledge of heavy equipment or truck parts.

• Familiarity with DBS, CAT SIS, and Parts POP is an advantage.

• Self-driven, organized, and collaborative in nature.

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a focus on Accounting.

• Additional post-secondary education or higher in Accounting.

• Safety-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in computer skills.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
