Partnerships Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic vision, technical implementation, and ongoing governance of Addepar’s external technology partner ecosystem.

• Align partnership endeavors with Addepar’s product and platform strategies.

• Manage external relationships and persuade partners to prioritize development while addressing integration or policy challenges.

• Enhance partner-related ARR, distribution, retention, and gross margin improvements.

• Define and assess partnership value using adoption and co-selling metrics.

• Ensure compliance with data governance, zero-trust security, granular access controls, data-sharing protocols, and audit mechanisms across integrations.

• Lead product discovery and solution design alongside clients, partners, design, engineering, and product teams.

• Collaborate with Legal, InfoSec, Compliance, and Commercial teams on risk assessment and deal-structuring processes.

• Establish scalable partnership workflows and engagement standards.

• Design and facilitate partner onboarding, developer portals, sandbox environments, API/SDK documentation, and client onboarding platforms.

• Act as the primary technical and strategic liaison for external partner product and engineering leaders.

• Monitor financial services, wealthtech, and fintech markets for emerging technologies and co-innovation prospects.

• Provide guidance to Product Managers on build-vs-buy analyses, integration feasibility, and ecosystem dependencies.

• Track KPIs such as partner-driven ARR, retention, security incidents, onboarding cycle time, API throughput, connector MAU, and uptime.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in Product Management within B2B SaaS, with a focus on financial technology, wealth management, banking software, or complex enterprise API platforms.

• Strong knowledge of modern web architectures, RESTful APIs, webhooks, data schemas, security protocols (OAuth, SOC2), and developer ecosystem tools.

• Familiarity with financial data privacy regulations, data sovereignty requirements, and secure entitlement frameworks.

• A proven history of navigating complex internal alignment across Legal, Security, Finance, and GTM functions while negotiating commercial and technical arrangements with external partners.

• In-depth understanding of the financial services ecosystem, including core banking, ledger systems, custodians, market data vendors, and KYC/AML platforms.

• Capability to evaluate build-vs-buy-vs-partner options using data-driven frameworks and align them with executive-level product and commercial objectives.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.

• Authorized to commence work in the U.S. on the first day of employment.
