This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage comprehensive relationships with a designated portfolio of North American partners, including acquirers, APMs, banks, and fraud/risk vendors.
• Act as the main point of contact, ensuring that partners are actively engaged, equipped, and expanding within the Yuno ecosystem.
• Track partner health metrics such as integration status, transaction volume, and NPS, while proactively resolving any issues.
• Discover and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with Yuno's product and commercial strategies.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) in collaboration with legal and finance departments.
• Lead joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and referral programs.
• Generate leads for Yuno's sales pipeline through partnerships.
• Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities, managing the complete cycle of commercial partner deals.
• Represent partner needs and prioritize integrations with the Product team.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams on merchant acquisition and retention efforts.
• Provide market insights regarding competitive dynamics, partner capabilities, and payment trends in North America.
• Participate in industry events to enhance Yuno's brand presence and connect with the payments ecosystem.
• Oversee the onboarding of new partners across both technical and commercial dimensions.
• Create and maintain partner enablement materials, playbooks, and training resources.
• Organize quarterly business reviews (QBRs), partner summits, and joint planning sessions to align on priorities and pipeline.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in partnerships, business development, or a senior commercial role within the payments, fintech, or financial services sectors.
• Proven track record of independently managing strategic partner relationships with acquirers, payment processors, APMs, banks, or fraud solution vendors, including conducting commercial negotiations with senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Evidence of generating revenue through partnerships, including successful negotiation of revenue-share agreements, qualified pipeline creation, or joint go-to-market initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Extensive experience in the Brazilian payments market, including knowledge of the local acquiring landscape, Pix, and industry standards such as ABECS norms.
• Strong comprehension of the payments value chain, covering acquiring, issuing, scheme networks, and alternative payment methods.
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous situations and convert opportunities into contracts with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including experience with executive-level counterparts.
• Capacity to manage multiple strategic partnerships concurrently in a dynamic environment.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define, monitor, and report on partnership key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Commercial acumen to identify opportunities with partners and turn them into tangible deals.
• Proficient in recognizing commercial opportunities and managing the complete cycle of commercial partner deals.
• Comfortable collaborating across various functions, including Product, Tech, Legal, and Commercial teams.
