This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +18 more states.
• Offer administrative and operational assistance to the Partnerships team at Paleovalley and Wild Pastures.
• Manage daily requirements across affiliate, paid, and business development activities.
• Oversee affiliate commission payments and partnership invoices, addressing routine discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
• Organize partner gifting initiatives, including product gift boxes, holiday gifts, cards, and other gifting activities.
• Generate requests for co-branded pages and set up completed co-branded pages, links, codes, and partner resources.
• Collect, arrange, and disseminate partnership assets, links, promotional materials, and other resources.
• Handle internal requests for copywriting, design, creative assets, promotional materials, and other cross-functional requirements.
• Maintain precise partnership records, trackers, documents, Google Drive folders, and Monday.com boards.
• Monitor paid partnership deliverables and timelines, organizing necessary materials.
• Prepare partner-specific links, codes, assets, and information for affiliate communications.
• Manage recurring administrative projects and operational requirements, escalating complex or non-standard issues as necessary.
• Assist the Partnerships team in fostering relationships, expanding programs, and driving revenue.
• Candidates must reside and work in one of the following states: Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Preferred 1–3+ years of experience in administrative, operational, marketing, partnerships, or similar support roles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to learn and independently adhere to established processes and workflows, exercising sound judgment within defined parameters, and identifying when issues need escalation.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, shared documents, and other digital tools.
• A proactive and reliable approach to task completion, following up on requests, and collaborating with others in a remote setting.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Practical experience in supporting marketing operations, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or paid/creator partnerships is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Monday.com, Everflow, Google Drive, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience working remotely in a fast-paced or growing consumer brand environment is a plus.
• An interest in health, wellness, nutrition, regenerative agriculture, or mission-driven consumer brands is a plus.
• Candidates must complete Form I-9 and work authorization verification; the employer does not sponsor employment visas.
