This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +24 more states.
• Assist in executing key initiatives associated with InStride’s collaboration with Arizona State University, under the direction of the VP, Strategic Partnerships.
• Oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for initiatives related to the ASU partnership.
• Facilitate coordination among InStride teams and ASU stakeholders.
• Organize recurring and project-specific meetings, including setting agendas, preparing materials, documenting decisions, and tracking action items.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans, meeting notes, decision logs, action-item trackers, timelines, and status updates.
• Utilize Asana, Confluence, Salesforce, and other collaboration tools to foster transparency and accountability.
• Monitor outstanding actions, deliverables, owners, and deadlines; follow up and address any blockers.
• Create succinct project status updates that encompass progress, milestones, decisions, risks, and next steps.
• Manage the resolution of operational issues involving InStride and ASU.
• Identify and implement enhancements to project management, meeting efficiency, documentation practices, and cross-functional workflows.
• Candidates must reside in AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, WA, WI.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, program management, operations, consulting, or a related role that involves coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record of managing multiple workstreams, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables concurrently.
• Strong ability to follow through and proactively track action items and commitments.
• Capability to structure loosely defined initiatives with clear documentation, timelines, and accountability.
• Excellent professional communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in collaborating across various teams and perspectives.
• A proactive, adaptable, resourceful, and positive mindset towards challenges.
• Ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
• Strong practical problem-solving skills to eliminate operational roadblocks.
• Experience in higher education, educational technology, or working with large university systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Availability for part-time work of approximately 20 hours per week.
• Contract availability from October/November 2026 to April 2027.
