This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and expand a portfolio of outsourcing advisors, consultants, and broker relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact for partner relationships.
• Discover, recruit, and onboard new referral partners.
• Develop a pipeline of advisory firms that align with targeted verticals and deal sizes.
• Oversee the complete referral lifecycle from intake and qualification to handoff to sales.
• Monitor deal status and ensure feedback loops with referring partners.
• Advocate for deals sourced from partners within the organization.
• Collaborate with sales, solutions, and marketing teams to ensure quick turnaround and a positive prospect experience.
• Inform partners about service offerings, technology stack, and unique differentiators.
• Create and implement partner engagement strategies, including check-ins, business reviews, newsletters, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Represent the organization at industry events, advisor conferences, and networking functions.
• Monitor partner performance and referral pipeline using the CRM.
• Report on partner-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Work with marketing on creating partner enablement materials such as one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards.
• Provide leadership with insights on partner needs, competitive positioning, and emerging trends in outsourcing advisory.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or a client-facing role in a BPO, BPS, or outsourcing organization.
• Proven success in building and managing a referral or channel pipeline that resulted in closed revenue.
• Strong skills in relationship management, acting as the primary contact for an external network of influencers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to credibly represent a tech-forward BPO narrative to sophisticated advisors.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Self-motivated and organized, managing a multi-partner portfolio with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel for industry events and in-person partner meetings, estimated at 15% to 25%.
• Availability to work during US business hours.
• Preferred familiarity with the outsourcing advisory ecosystem, including sourcing advisors, consultants, and brokers.
• Preferred prior experience at a BPO, BPS, or CX outsourcing company, or on the advisory or consulting side of that ecosystem.
• Preferred experience in building partner enablement programs or co-marketing campaigns from inception.
