This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and expand a portfolio of outsourcing advisors, consultants, and broker relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact for referral partners.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new referral partners.
• Oversee the complete referral lifecycle from intake and qualification to handoff to sales.
• Monitor deal status and maintain communication with referring partners.
• Advocate internally for deals sourced through partners.
• Collaborate with sales, solutions, and marketing teams to ensure quick responses and an excellent prospect experience.
• Educate partners about service offerings, technology stack, and unique selling points.
• Develop and implement partner engagement strategies, including check-ins, business reviews, newsletters, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Represent the organization at industry events, advisor conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Track partner performance and referral pipeline within the CRM.
• Report on partner-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
• Work with marketing to create partner enablement content such as one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards.
• Provide leadership with insightful market feedback on partner needs, competitive positioning, and emerging trends.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or a client-facing role within a BPO, BPS, or outsourcing organization.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing a referral or channel pipeline that resulted in closed revenue.
• Strong skills in relationship management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to credibly represent a tech-forward BPO narrative to sophisticated advisors.
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a multi-partner portfolio with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel for industry events and in-person partner meetings, estimated at 15% to 25%.
• Availability to work during US Business Hours.
• Familiarity with the outsourcing advisory ecosystem, including sourcing advisors, consultants, and brokers (preferred).
• Previous experience at a BPO, BPS, or CX outsourcing company, or in an advisory or consulting role within that ecosystem (preferred).
• Experience in developing partner enablement programs or co-marketing campaigns from the ground up (preferred).
