This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with essential eCommerce partners, such as digital agencies, online marketplaces, payment service providers, platforms, and third-party logistics providers.
• Work alongside partners to identify growth opportunities, align business objectives, and implement collaborative marketing campaigns.
• Keep partners informed about referral performance, product updates, promotions, and other pertinent news.
• Track partner performance, analyze data, and suggest strategies to improve sales and revenue.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts effectively.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion, including entering new markets and developing innovative partnership initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions, events, and co-sponsorship opportunities.
• Develop presentations and materials that highlight the advantages of partnering with Global-e.
• Formulate and implement strategic plans to meet growth objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
• Work in conjunction with marketing, sales, customer success, and product development teams.
• Monitor KPIs such as referrals, demos, average contract size, and total contracts.
• Generate actionable insights to optimize partner performance.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to internal stakeholders and partners.
• Act as the primary contact for eCommerce partners, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated success in eCommerce partnership management or a comparable commercial role, preferably within the eCommerce sector.
• Strong business and financial insight.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Highly driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comprehensive understanding of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce platforms, logistics, and digital marketing channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make informed decisions based on data.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, project management software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-suite.
