Partnership Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with partners to grasp business requirements and tailor software solutions accordingly.

• Oversee implementations from the initial planning stage through configuration, testing, and training.

• Document the processes of implementation, configurations, and partner requirements.

• Offer continuous support and troubleshooting for partners during and after deployment.

• Facilitate training sessions for partners.

• Gather, analyze, and disseminate patterns of user feedback.

• Work alongside development teams to pinpoint and rectify software issues and bugs.

• Consult with product teams regarding complex partner challenges and solution design.

• Suggest functionalities to alleviate user pain points.

• Remain informed about partner districts, edtech developments, and educational contexts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in software implementation, configuration, and support.

• Robust technical skills, including familiarity with databases and software development methodologies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Experience engaging with partners to comprehend business needs and customize software solutions.

• Proficient negotiation skills with a solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset.

• Excellent organizational abilities and adeptness at prioritizing multiple tasks within deadlines.

• Capacity to address partner inquiries promptly.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Strong time management skills.
