This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Generate a qualified pipeline through outbound calling, email sequences, and social outreach.
• Maintain high-volume prospecting across designated campaigns, verticals, and territories.
• Manage and qualify inbound leads with timely follow-up and appropriate routing.
• Research accounts and stakeholders to tailor outreach effectively.
• Conduct discovery conversations and present online product demonstrations.
• Close new business in alignment with a quarterly quota.
• Transfer opportunities that exceed authority to Specialists, Managers, or Directors.
• Direct opportunities on the other platform to the corresponding owner.
• Oversee the complete commercial relationship for assigned accounts.
• Maintain contact cadence and execute standard renewal processes.
• Identify and secure upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor account health and implement save strategies.
• Manage the commercial handoff and welcome communications.
• Coordinate onboarding with Solutions and Support teams.
• Track time-to-first-value and respond to expansion signals.
• Audit subscription billing and resolve involuntary churn signals within 24 hours.
• Reconcile billing platforms with internal records and confirm plan changes.
• Highlight systemic billing patterns to the Manager.
• Assist senior colleagues with larger accounts by performing routine maintenance, data updates, and configuration changes.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing Knowledge Base and self-service content.
• Review release notes prior to publication.
• Support go-to-market materials, campaigns, trade shows, and events.
• Ensure CRM records are complete and up-to-date with next actions on open opportunities.
• Log activities accurately for forecasting and credit purposes.
• Strong commercial drive and a commitment to exceed quota expectations.
• Resilience in the face of high-volume outreach and potential rejection.
• Coachability and the capability to act on constructive feedback.
• Process-oriented approach for billing audits, cadence management, and CRM maintenance.
• Commercial intuition to recognize expansion signals.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Customer empathy when managing billing disputes and pricing discussions.
• Curiosity about the platform and a desire to learn it thoroughly.
• Ability to work within a structured playbook and escalate issues as needed.
• Proficient in conducting discovery conversations and delivering online product demonstrations.

• On-target earnings of $130k CAD.
