Partners Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding process for Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners of the company.

• Assist with partner connections, handling withdrawals, managing commission payments, and providing troubleshooting support.

• Oversee affiliate and IB activities to enhance partner performance and report any suspicious behavior.

• Provide education to partners regarding company platforms, trading products, account openings, deposits, and withdrawals.

• Retain current business relationships and work on reactivating former partners.

• Update the social media channels of the Partners team.

• Maintain direct communication with affiliates and IBs through phone calls, live chat, and email correspondence.

• Enforce due diligence and adhere to the regulatory framework in line with company policies, values, and ethics.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved.

• Provide support and assistance to all departments as needed.

• Report to the Head of Partners Support & Operations.

• Proficiency in English.

• Proficiency in additional languages is preferred but not mandatory.

• Prior experience in customer service-oriented roles.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Strong desire to learn and acquire new skills.

• Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.

• Strong negotiation capabilities.

• Computer literacy with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Availability to work during day or evening shifts.
