This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Facilitate technical alignment, integration stability, and deployment readiness with mobile network operator partners throughout Africa.
β’ Lead technical operations and assess integration readiness with partners across satellite RAN, core, gateway, and BPMS domains.
β’ Assess interface behavior, interoperability, configuration flows, and KPIs within partner network environments.
β’ Manage partner onboarding, interoperability testing, and pre-launch technical readiness tasks.
β’ Collaborate with engineering, service assurance, operations, deployment, and planning teams to address regional partner needs.
β’ Drive the resolution of partner action items and communicate risks openly.
β’ Report on integration status, obstacles, dependencies, and readiness KPIs across numerous markets.
β’ Maintain integration documentation, interface specifications, and technical deliverables.
β’ Serve as the main escalation contact for partner-related technical challenges.
β’ Coordinate incident resolution with partner network operations centers and internal engineering teams.
β’ Assist in root cause analysis, corrective action tracking, and follow-up on recurring issues.
β’ Provide guidance to partners during meetings, workshops, pilots, and technical discussions.
β’ Support strategic and pre-sales discussions that require technical insight.
β’ Engage in deployment sequencing, readiness evaluations, and regional launch planning.
β’ Suggest enhancements to integration processes, dashboards, documentation, and testing frameworks.
β’ Contribute to improving partner onboarding efficiency and operational processes.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
β’ At least 5β8 years of experience in telecom integration, partner technical operations, solution engineering, or network deployment.
β’ Experience collaborating with mobile network operators, telecom vendors, or network operators in Africa.
β’ Demonstrated experience in managing multi-market technical readiness or integration initiatives.
β’ Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities with both technical and leadership audiences.
β’ Proven capacity to work effectively within cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in multicultural and multilingual settings.
β’ Structured problem-solving skills with a clear presentation of risks, mitigations, and technical decisions.
β’ Keen attention to detail to ensure precision in documentation and readiness reporting.
β’ Familiarity with telecom monitoring, diagnostics, and signaling analysis tools.
β’ Experience with ITSM and ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, or similar systems).
β’ Knowledge of KPI dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana, Power BI).
β’ Proficiency in collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
β’ Capability to work in a standard office or remote setting and use a computer for extended periods.
β’ Ability to collaborate across time zones with stakeholders in Africa and the US.
β’ Willingness to travel within the region for partner workshops, testing cycles, and integration reviews as necessary.
