This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key channel partners.
• Formulate and oversee technical enablement strategies for aligned channel partners.
• Educate channel partner Sales and Solutions Engineer teams on identifying and qualifying opportunities.
• Organize channel partner training sessions in collaboration with F5 Sales teams.
• Conduct workshops and demand generation initiatives for channel partners.
• Ensure regular training on F5 solutions and competitive advantages.
• Clearly communicate F5's sales strategy, messaging, and value proposition in relation to client business goals.
• Offer guidance on solution design that aligns with intended business results.
• Convey the technical and business value of F5 solutions in comparison to competitors.
• Create and contribute to customer and partner-facing materials, including presentations, use cases, and technical documentation.
• Work closely with Channel and Sales management to onboard channel partners and evaluate their ability to effectively position and sell F5 solutions.
• Provide proactive consultative assistance to channel partners as technical requirements emerge.
• Connect channel partners with F5 Sales and Technical Support teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Implement F5's critical issue escalation process when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of technical expertise across F5's product range, the relevant industry landscape, and pre-sales best practices.
• Over 5 years of relevant industry experience in networking, security, and/or web technologies.
• More than 3 years of experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker Swarm.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools including Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, GitHub/GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube, and Docker.
• Basic understanding of application development languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Preferred in-depth knowledge of F5 technologies, solutions, and product offerings.
• Awareness of OWASP principles and fundamental application security concepts.
• Comprehension of application security vulnerabilities, threat vectors, security measures, and web application firewall (WAF) technologies.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent professional experience.
