This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage partners with high-energy interactions through storytelling, visuals, and impactful examples.
• Probe deeper into multi-year objectives, hiring approaches, and industry trends to discover expansion potential.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Clasp’s creative outputs, talent fulfillment strategies, and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to optimize launches from pre-sale to operational stability.
• Assist partners through onboarding, defining scopes, and converting requirements into actionable plans.
• Provide training and change management resources to ensure successful adoption and lasting impact.
• Evaluate partner metrics and feedback to pinpoint risks and opportunities.
• Present materials created by internal teams with confidence and context.
• Act as a subject matter expert and a trusted consultant.
• Conduct business reviews and regular check-ins to improve partner satisfaction and enhance Clasp’s value proposition.
• Work in tandem with Sales, Implementation, Product, Marketing, and Talent Fulfillment teams.
• Experience in account management, customer success, management consulting, or similar client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify partner challenges and devise effective solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills to cultivate trust, understanding, and alignment among diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication abilities and strategic thinking coupled with tactical execution skills.
• Collaborative attitude and experience in working across various departments to develop cohesive strategies and implement cross-functional initiatives.
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with educational benefits, workforce development, or upskilling initiatives (preferred).
• Experience collaborating with human resources and/or talent acquisition professionals (preferred).
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector (preferred).
