Partner Solutions Architect – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in technical projects and activities for partners, encompassing cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation.

• Facilitate the successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of technical resources associated with partners.

• Engage in collaborative business planning and review meetings with partners.

• Support partner technical efforts such as customer demonstrations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, assessments, guidance, and coaching.

• Represent partners’ technical issues to Datadog's internal teams and assist in driving them to resolution.

• Evaluate partner service offerings and propose strategies to enhance the adoption of Datadog features and capabilities.

• Work alongside product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify and prioritize new features.

• Develop and refine best practices for successful adoption of the Datadog platform.

• Strong technical foundation with practical experience in IT Development and/or Operations.

• Proven track record and an unquenchable desire for learning.

• Proactive, tech-savvy individual with solid business insight.

• Ability to convey Datadog's value from technical settings to executive discussions.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Must currently reside in the EU.

• Preferred hands-on experience in two or more of the following: observability tools; public cloud; containerization; development/scripting; configuration management; CI/CD.

• Bonus: previous experience in a technical role or supporting channel partners.

• Bonus: prior experience using Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring solutions.

• Bonus: experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging.
