This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of prioritizing partner product priorities throughout the ISV ecosystem and convert ecosystem demands into a sequenced roadmap input.
• Create and sustain an up-to-date overview of the ISV integration status, identifying gaps and opportunities within the combined platform.
• Own the technical messaging for the integrated dbt + Fivetran platform, encompassing reference architectures, integration patterns, and joint value narratives.
• Act as the primary technical liaison to ISV partner solution architect teams and partner product leaders.
• Manage the technical cadence with key ISV relationships.
• Assist in shaping and supporting workshops, webinars, hands-on labs, and partner marketing events.
• Provide ISV partner field teams with demo narratives, architectures, and use cases.
• Deliver structured feedback from the ISV ecosystem to product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with regional Partner Solutions Architects and Partner Development Managers to implement global strategies at the regional level.
• Create reusable materials, playbooks, and enablement resources.
• Travel approximately 30% of the time for partner planning sessions, technical workshops, executive meetings, and ecosystem events, including international travel.
• Minimum of 5 years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, partner engineering, technical product management, developer relations, or another customer-facing technical role in data and analytics.
• Direct experience with ISV, technology partner, or product partnership initiatives.
• Proven track record of influencing the development of what a partner creates, beyond just how it is marketed.
• Ability to impact a product roadmap without having direct ownership of it.
• Experience in gathering requirements, constructing prioritization cases, and securing acceptance from product leadership.
• Strong practical background in SQL, data modeling, and modern data platform architecture.
• Comprehensive understanding of ingestion, transformation, orchestration, warehouses and lakehouses, open table formats, semantic layers, catalogs, BI, agent platforms, and MCP.
• Exceptional technical writing skills.
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities for workshops, webinars, and large partner technical sessions.
• Comfortable working globally and navigating highly cross-functional internal environments.
• Capacity to drive results in ambiguous, fast-paced situations involving multiple stakeholders and no direct authority.
