Partner – SCM Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee extensive supply chain advisory initiatives that emphasize operational excellence, digital transformation, and the realization of client value.

• Develop and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders within client organizations, focusing on procurement, logistics, and planning.

• Direct cross-functional teams in delivering advisory solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and align with client expectations.

• Contribute to the growth of the practice through innovative solutions, capability enhancement, and knowledge exchange.

• Assist in business development by recognizing opportunities, crafting proposals, and engaging in client presentations and negotiations.

• Mentor and develop emerging leaders within the advisory team.

• Ensure adherence to internal governance and client-specific standards, manage risks, and uphold the integrity of delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

• A master’s degree in Operations Management is preferred.

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification required.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is necessary.

• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

• Proficiency in Blue Yonder Space Planning.

• Experience in business consulting.

• Strong critical thinking skills.

• Data visualization capabilities.

• Knowledge of fulfillment operations.

• Experience with Kinaxis.

• Familiarity with O9 Demand Planning.

• Expertise in Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP).

• Demonstrated leadership in people management.

• Skills in risk management.

• Experience in Supply Chain Planning (SCP).

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).

• Must be available to work the Day Job shift in the United States of America.

• Candidates based in Los Angeles, California, are not eligible for this position.
