Partner Relationships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and grow a portfolio of strategic partners in Germany, which includes ISVs, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, resellers, and technology partners.

• Serve as the main commercial contact and reliable day-to-day relationship manager.

• Foster long-lasting partner relationships.

• Propel partner activation from the signing of agreements to achieving sustainable commercial success.

• Ensure that partners are onboarded, trained, sales-ready, and actively promoting myPOS in the market.

• Identify growth opportunities across various merchant segments, verticals, regions, sales channels, product adoption, and cross-sell potential.

• Assist partners in defining and executing go-to-market strategies, which include reseller models, referral programs, bundled offerings, migration campaigns, vertical propositions, and joint customer acquisition initiatives.

• Collaborate with Marketing on co-marketing initiatives, partner communications, case studies, events, webinars, lead generation, and sales materials.

• Keep track of local market trends, partner performance, and the competitive landscape.

• Act as a crucial link between local stakeholders and central teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, business development, or strategic alliances.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with technology, SaaS, platform, or reseller partners.

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or partner-led growth strategies.

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to work collaboratively across functions in an international setting.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

• An analytical and data-driven mindset for performance tracking.

• Proficiency in English and relevant local language(s).
