
Partner Readiness Specialist β Korea

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
β’ Establish repeatable frameworks for partner onboarding and readiness across the APAC region.
β’ Enhance sales readiness for Platform ONE within the partner ecosystem.
β’ Boost partner self-sufficiency while increasing contributions to pipeline and revenue from partners.
β’ Provide training for partner technical personnel on Platform ONE, Fabric, Wireless, Switching, Security, Cloud, and AI-driven networking solutions.
β’ Conduct technical workshops, boot camps, hands-on labs, architectural sessions, train-the-trainer programs, and solution-selling workshops.
β’ Assist partners with solution design reviews, demonstrations, proof-of-concept projects, and customer workshops.
β’ Educate partner account executives on competitive positioning, customer discovery, business outcomes, and industry-specific use cases.
β’ Develop and localize sales presentations, playbooks, battle cards, talk tracks, and sales motions for partners.
β’ Support strategic partner business plans, growth initiatives, competitive replacements, new logo opportunities, and partner-led campaigns.
β’ Promote the adoption of Partner First programs, certifications, competencies, specializations, incentives, rebates, rewards, Partner Portal resources, AI-driven sales tools, quoting systems, and technical resources.
β’ Create scalable onboarding journeys and partner success frameworks; evaluate readiness metrics, certification progress, and program participation.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Systems Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services, Product Management, and Channel teams.
β’ Represent the voice of the partner community across APAC and assist with partner events, executive briefings, roadshows, and workshops.
β’ Collect partner feedback to enhance products, tools, programs, and processes.
β’ Work jointly with distributors and strategic alliance partners to drive scalable growth initiatives.
β’ Monitor success metrics and KPIs including certifications, workshops, trained participants, portal and AI tool adoption, pipeline, revenue growth, business reviews, onboarding completion, and partner satisfaction.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Technical Sales, Channel Sales, Partner Programs, Sales Operations, Enablement, Training, or Customer Success.
β’ In-depth knowledge of enterprise networking technologies including switching, wireless, cloud networking, security, automation, and AI.
β’ Proficient in presenting to both technical and business audiences.
β’ Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
β’ Ability to distill complex concepts into repeatable and scalable partner motions.
β’ Experience with indirect sales, channel partners, distributors, or alliance ecosystems.
β’ Strong project management and organizational abilities.
β’ Capability to work independently in a geographically distributed environment.
β’ Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required.
β’ Preferred experience with Extreme Networks solutions and partner programs.
β’ Industry certifications such as Extreme Networks Certifications are preferred.
β’ Experience in designing technical or sales readiness programs is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with MEDDPICC, value selling, or solution selling methodologies is preferred.
β’ Experience with learning platforms, CRM systems, and channel management tools is preferred.
