This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and facilitate various projects focused on process enhancement, design, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concurrently.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools including value stream mapping, 5S, statistical analysis, control charts, poka yoke, visual controls, and DMAIC.
• Act as the Continuous Improvement (CI) Business Relationship Manager for specific business areas, collaborating with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
• Analyze and establish a baseline for current-state processes to pinpoint and implement optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with business owners to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
• Oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring high-quality outcomes are achieved.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively navigate challenges.
• Create project plans, guide teams through improvement cycles, and ensure that milestones are achieved.
• Advocate for the awareness and adoption of CI methodologies throughout the organization.
• Provide training and coaching for employees at all organizational levels.
• Document and uphold guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across CI functions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Process Improvement or a related discipline is mandatory.
• A Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma methodology is required.
• Change Management certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, project management, or a related field, showcasing a history of measurable results is essential.
• Strong project management experience is required, including development of business cases and implementation planning.
• Extensive proficiency with core software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint is necessary.
• Familiarity with the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations is preferred.
• Understanding of change management philosophies and practices is preferred.
• Participation in, adherence to, and support of compliance program objectives is required.
