This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with leaders, HR Business Partners, and teams to evaluate organizational challenges and propose solutions that enhance effectiveness, collaboration, structure, accountability, and performance.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, clarity of roles, team effectiveness, and initiatives for employee engagement.
• Spearhead and support enterprise change initiatives through stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, readiness planning, communication strategies, adoption plans, and reinforcement activities.
• Facilitate leadership alignment sessions, strategic planning workshops, discussions on team effectiveness, and sessions for organizational problem-solving.
• Create and uphold frameworks, toolkits, templates, and best practices for organizational effectiveness and change management.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications and business leaders to ensure effective and consistent communication during transformation initiatives.
• Assess adoption, engagement, and business outcomes related to change initiatives and suggest necessary adjustments.
• Facilitate leadership development programs, team workshops, and professional development experiences.
• Provide interactive learning experiences that promote behavior change and practical application.
• Mentor and support leaders in applying development concepts to enhance team performance and effectiveness.
• Assist in talent management processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and development planning.
• Lead or assist with employee listening strategies, encompassing engagement surveys, pulse surveys, new hire surveys, and exit feedback processes.
• Analyze employee feedback, organizational metrics, and talent data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Formulate recommendations and action plans to improve leadership capabilities, employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational health.
• Design and create instructor-led workshops, virtual learning experiences, self-paced learning modules, leader guides, toolkits, and job aids.
• Develop visually engaging and user-friendly learning materials.
• Maintain a centralized repository for leadership, organizational development, and training resources.
• Facilitate the utilization and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System and digital learning platforms.
• Aid in designing learning paths, enhancing learner experiences, reporting, and content organization.
• Evaluate technologies that enhance learning accessibility, effectiveness, and scalability.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Education, Organizational Leadership, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in organizational development, change management, talent development, leadership development, human resources, or related fields.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops, leadership programs, and initiatives in organizational development.
• Experience in collaborating with leaders to address organizational, team, and performance challenges.
• Strong understanding of organizational development principles, change management methodologies, employee engagement strategies, and leadership development practices.
• Experience managing projects and leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capacity to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and consulting skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience in supporting organizational change, business transformation, technology implementations, or organizational design initiatives.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, succession planning, talent review, and performance management processes.
• Familiarity with employee listening platforms such as Culture Amp or similar systems.
• Experience in developing eLearning and digital learning solutions.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and learning technology platforms.
• Professional certifications such as Prosci Change Management, CPTD, ATD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, Insights Discovery, or comparable certifications are preferred.
