This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Develop, enhance, and execute Medison’s global framework for New Partner and Product Integration, including governance, playbooks, templates, and activity trackers.
• Create comprehensive integration roadmaps and plans addressing commercial, medical, regulatory, supply chain, quality, IT/data, and financial readiness.
• Construct tools for timeline planning, dependency mapping, and milestone tracking.
• Establish and oversee KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics across various countries and functions.
• Serve as the primary PMO leader for all New Partner Integrations.
• Lead global NPPI Steering Committees, Working Groups, and the cross-functional NPPI Taskforce.
• Coordinate with teams in Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Quality, Alliance Management, Finance, IT, Legal, Tech Ops, and regional/local areas.
• Transform deal terms into actionable operational, go-to-market, launch, and brand strategies.
• Identify interdependencies, resource limitations, and critical path elements; facilitate decision-making and issue resolution.
• Oversee partner onboarding, transition, and integration activities, aligning operating models, systems, processes, decision rights, and escalation pathways.
• Ensure that infrastructure, systems, and processes effectively support product transition and launch execution.
• Assist local markets and global functions during asset transfers, launches, and collaborative activities.
• Conduct readiness reviews, risk assessments, and challenge sessions.
• Implement mitigation strategies to safeguard timelines, compliance, and business objectives.
• Own and continuously enhance NPI processes, digital tools, governance, documentation, and reporting.
• Document lessons learned and establish best practices.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Provide executive updates that include status summaries, scenario evaluations, and recommended actions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex, multi-country, cross-functional initiatives in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
• Strong background in partnerships, alliances, or asset in-licensing.
• Advanced skills in PMO and program management, including planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
• Excellent analytical and structured thinking abilities.
• Experience working across various regions, including EU/CEE, APAC, and LATAM.
• High resilience and the capacity to navigate ambiguity, shifting deal dynamics, and competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
• Strong business insight, problem-solving attitude, and a proactive approach.
• Ability to lead without formal authority in decentralized, matrix organizations.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, business, or a related discipline; advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in the innovative pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Significant focus on New Product Introduction and Partnership Integration.
• Global PMO experience across Technical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Pharmacovigilance, Medical, Commercial Operations, and Finance.
• Proven track record in leading complex global or regional programs involving multiple stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong project and portfolio management skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams concurrently.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness and adaptability to travel internationally as needed.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth global organization.
• Regular international travel is anticipated.
• Flexible work location, ideally in Central Eastern Europe.
