This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Ensure exceptional onboarding, planning, and operational integration of new strategic partners into Medison’s global ecosystem.
• Coordinate activities across diverse functions, including Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Finance, Legal, Medical, and Commercial.
• Create, lead, and continually improve Medison’s global New Partner and Product Integration Playbook and framework.
• Serve as the central PMO and coordination point for both global and regional teams.
• Manage structured planning, risk mitigation, governance, and performance monitoring from the point of deal signing through to complete operational handover.
• Develop and execute standardized global NPPI frameworks, governance structures, playbooks, templates, and activity trackers.
• Craft comprehensive NPPI roadmaps and integrated plans for commercial, medical, regulatory, supply chain, quality, IT/data, and financial readiness.
• Establish timeline planning, dependency mapping, and milestone tracking tools.
• Define and oversee KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics.
• Lead global NPPI Steering Committees, Working Groups, and the cross-functional NPPI Taskforce.
• Transform deal terms into actionable operational plans that support go-to-market, launch, and branding strategies.
• Identify interdependencies, resource limitations, and critical path elements; facilitate decision-making and resolution of issues.
• Manage partner onboarding, transition, and integration efforts, including operating models, systems, processes, decision rights, and escalation pathways.
• Provide support to local markets and global functions during asset transfer, launch, and collaboration preparation and execution.
• Conduct readiness reviews, risk assessments, and challenge sessions at significant milestones.
• Design, implement, own, and enhance NPI processes, templates, digital tools, and governance mechanisms.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, documentation, and reporting across various regions and functions.
• Capture insights and translate them into ongoing improvements and best-practice standards.
• Cultivate relationships with global functional leaders, Regional Vice Presidents, Country Managers, internal executives, and external partners.
• Provide executive updates that include status summaries, scenario assessments, and recommended actions.
• Report directly to the Global Head of Commercial Operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading complex, multi-country, cross-functional initiatives within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
• Strong experience with partnerships, alliances, or asset in-licensing.
• Advanced capabilities in PMO and program management, including planning, risk assessment, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
• Excellent analytical and structured thinking abilities.
• Experience working across various geographies, including EU/CEE, APAC, and LATAM.
• High resilience and capability to navigate ambiguity, evolving deal dynamics, and competing priorities.
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
• Ability to lead without formal authority in decentralized, matrix organizations.
• Adherence to the highest ethical standards.
• University degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is highly preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in the innovative pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Significant focus on New Product Introduction and Partnership Integration.
• Experience functioning as a global PMO across multiple domains, including Technical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Pharmacovigilance, Medical, Commercial Operations, and Finance.
• Proven track record of leading complex global or regional programs with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong project and portfolio management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
• Fluency in English.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
• Regular international travel is anticipated.
• Proficiency in additional languages (especially European or Asian) is considered advantageous.
