This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive onboarding, planning, and operational integration of new strategic partners into Medison’s global ecosystem.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration involving Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Finance, Legal, Medical, and Commercial teams.

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine Medison’s global New Partner and Product Integration Playbook and framework.

• Manage structured planning, risk mitigation, governance, and performance monitoring from deal signing to complete operational handover.

• Create standardized global NPPI governance, playbooks, templates, and activity trackers.

• Construct end-to-end roadmaps and integrated plans that encompass commercial, medical, regulatory, supply, quality, IT/data, and financial readiness.

• Design tools for timeline planning, dependency mapping, and milestone tracking.

• Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics.

• Serve as the primary PMO lead for multiple concurrent New Partner Integrations.

• Chair global NPPI Steering Committees, Working Groups, and the cross-functional NPPI Taskforce.

• Convert deal terms into actionable operational plans that support go-to-market, launch, and brand strategies.

• Identify interdependencies, resource limitations, and critical path items; drive decision-making and issue resolution.

• Oversee partner onboarding, transition, and integration initiatives, ensuring alignment of operating models, systems, processes, decision rights, and escalation pathways.

• Ensure that infrastructure, systems, and processes are adequate for product transition and commercial launch execution.

• Support local markets and global functions during asset transfer, launch, and ongoing collaboration.

• Conduct readiness reviews, risk assessments, and challenge sessions.

• Implement mitigation plans to safeguard timelines, compliance, and business goals.

• Enhance NPI processes, templates, digital tools, governance, reporting, and execution standards.

• Document lessons learned and convert them into continuous improvements and best practices.

• Cultivate relationships with global functional leaders, Regional Vice Presidents, Country Managers, internal leadership, and external partners.

• Provide concise executive updates that include status summaries, scenario assessments, and recommended actions.

• Report directly to the Global Head of Commercial Operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-country, cross-functional initiatives within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.

• Significant exposure to partnerships, alliances, or asset in-licensing.

• Proficient PMO and program management skills, encompassing planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.

• Strong analytical abilities and structured thinking skills.

• Experience working across diverse regions, including EU/CEE, APAC, and LATAM.

• Exceptional communication and influencing capabilities.

• Robust business acumen, problem-solving orientation, and proactive approach.

• Capacity to lead without formal authority in decentralized, matrixed environments.

• Adherence to the highest ethical standards.

• University degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, business, or a related field; advanced degree is highly preferred.

• At least 15 years of experience in the innovative pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a strong emphasis on New Product Introduction and Partnership Integration.

• Proven experience as a global PMO across Technical Operations, Medical, Commercial Operations, and Finance.

• Track record of leading complex global or regional programs involving multiple stakeholders and external partners.

• Strong project and portfolio management skills.

• Proficient in English.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth, global organization.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as required.
