Partner Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Recruit, oversee, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 10–12 Partner Operations Associates and Senior Associates.

• Conduct individual meetings, performance evaluations, and discussions regarding career development.

• Assist in the hiring process by interviewing candidates, evaluating applicants, and facilitating onboarding procedures.

• Collaborate with Lead Partner Operations Associates to enhance quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a modest personal caseload, dedicating roughly 25% of working time to it.

• Monitor team performance metrics to identify opportunities for coaching and improvement.

• Manage scheduling, paid time off (PTO), attendance, and provide daily support to employees.

• Address issues related to employee performance and implement development strategies.

• Ensure the consistent application of operational standards across the team.

• Facilitate organizational change management and support the adoption of new technologies.

• Escalate any staffing or operational risks to the Head of Partner Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations.

• At least 2 years of experience in leading or supervising operational teams.

• Proven experience in coaching employees through performance management and professional development.

• Experience in interviewing and onboarding new employees.

• Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations.

• Familiarity with athenahealth and/or NextGen is preferred.
