This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Oversee partner attribution logic, ensure data quality, and facilitate cross-system reconciliation between Salesforce and other partner platforms.
• Confirm the accuracy of partner opportunity data and deal registrations against the partner portal.
• Create transparency regarding partner health, pipeline status, and booking outcomes.
• Develop and implement structured data cleanup processes across Salesforce and the partner portal.
• Collaborate with Systems to manage field-level access governance.
• Establish, document, and conduct an annual review of partner active/inactive status logic.
• Maintain the partner data dictionary and documentation of definitions.
• Keep a detailed change log for record modifications.
• Design partner data flows into Salesforce to ensure it serves as the single source of truth.
• Assist in the creation of AI-driven dashboards and forecasting tools utilizing resources like Claude.
• Uphold data quality and structure for AI initiatives and forecasting activities.
• Validate partner commissions, payouts, rebates, and tier requirements.
• Provide quarterly reports on tier progression.
• Support regular PAM, regional performance, and forecasting reports.
• Proactively identify data issues and lead structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for reporting and dashboard improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project leaders on data cleanup and reporting workflows.
• Work together on partner portal and Crossbeam data challenges, outputs, and configuration decisions.
• Assist with updates to territory and account assignments.
• Contribute to discussions regarding partner portal data exposure and change requests.
• Coordinate with data governance and Finance teams to align on data policies and procedures.
• Serve as a primary contact for PAM and Regional Partner leadership regarding data inquiries.
• At least 3 years of experience in partner operations, channel operations, revenue operations, or sales operations, with practical Salesforce experience.
• Extensive, hands-on knowledge of working with data, including cleaning and structuring large, complex datasets and developing reports and models.
• Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to reconcile and verify data across multiple systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they escalate.
• Comfortable suggesting and shaping data governance standards alongside Partner Programs leadership and the Systems team.
• Genuine enthusiasm for utilizing AI tools, such as Claude.
• Ability to map data across Salesforce, the partner portal, and Crossbeam effectively.
• Excellent cross-functional communication abilities.
• Experience with partner or channel programs such as tiering, deal registration, or Marketing Development Funds (MDF) is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Capability to navigate attribution across marketing, MDF, and referral sources.
• Experience with handling financially sensitive data, such as commissions or payouts, is a plus.
